Description
The EW550 is an ultra-compact unipolar detection switch-type Hall IC that combines an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using its own assembly technology. The EW550 uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, a TTL level digital signal with a good duty ratio can be obtained over a wide temperature range.
